The famous village of Riomaggiore at night is a must-see. A spectacular view creates all the incredible colors of the houses, lights, and sunset. The houses are resting on the side of this mountain and are right on the sea’s edge and cliff. Indeed the last evening sun and upcoming night create this charming and quaint look of the village Riomaggiore in Cinque Terre.
Romantic Riomaggiore is the most southern village of the Cinque Terre. Undoubtedly, the town rests up along the ridges overlooking the sea. Its character is the familiar stone houses with colorful walls and slate-roofs.
Also, there is an impressive little path in the village called Via dell’Amore, which means ‘lover’s lane.’ It is a genuinely romantic path that couples walk at sunrise, sunset, or at night. A breathtaking view will be your reward.
The five villages of Cinque Terre are all linked by local trains. You genuinely want to explore the Cinque Terre. Take a short hike along the paths and discover each place on foot.
Undoubtedly an experience of the full wonder of these beautiful villages. Furthermore, a terrific sight is the Castle of Riomaggiore from the year 1260. When at this point, you can enjoy an excellent view of the Mediterranian sea.
